selesai sudah acara family day company aku, and selaku VP Sports Club aku amat release dari segala stress.... kadang kadang bila kita buat satu event ni we are trying to bring people mind to new experience la.. macam adakan tema dinner, adakan best dress, Emcee yang gila gila so that people akan open for jokes or games yang diorang x pernah nak terpikir...
malam tu jugak ada special award to employees yang telah dinominatekan oleh bos masing masing.. and the decision still goes to the owner to decide la... but along this process maybe akan wujud favouritism.. this is not something new to me.. im working with expat before pun macam tu jugak and even during the process im in that room to hear all the comment.. kadang kadang memang rasa sgt jijik with the process.. if they dont like it.. your nomination form will go to the bins.. that is normal...
berbalik pada cerita malam dinner tu, semua best employees pun telah di announcekan and terdengarlah suara suara sumbang yang tak puas hati dengan pemenang pemenang best employees tu... ada yang rasa that she/he is better that that person yang menang... this is LIFE.. we never appreciate people until he/she left us...
i still remember my expat boss told me.. in real working environment is not what you doing... IT IS ALL ABOUT WHO YOU KNOW... so that's about it.. no matter how hard we try if the luck is not at our side always remember that ALLAH always knows the best for us... don't be sad... one door closed there is few doors open for you to enter...!!
